Language test – a shortcut to successful recruitment

When recruiting new staff it can be hard to determine whether the applicant has the language skills necessary for the post in question. In our experience this is because most people applying for jobs have difficulty determining their own level of language skills.

Mistakes in the recruitment of new staff can consume major resources in the form of time, money and energy. Are you certain that the candidate your company is recruiting has the requisite language skills for efficient work in their new professional role?

Whether you are to appoint a new manager or a receptionist, we will produce a test relevant to that particular post. The results will be presented clearly within 48 hours of the test, using the Council of Europe’s standardised scale. You will also receive an indication of the cost of any skills enhancement in the field.
