INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION
TRAINING COURSES IN INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION AND BUSINESS CULTURE
BBi offers training courses in intercultural communication and business culture for companies that are and wish to be international and multicultural.
90% of all conflicts in a business context are due to cultural differences. 2/3 of your personality, language and behaviour derives from the culture and values you have grown up with. Communication is greatly determined by your own culture, as this to a large extent influences the way you speak.
The following are some of our intercultural training courses:
Intercultural business and management training courses
Being international means understanding that differences exist and seeing the way they affect our communication and our roles as managers and colleagues. This is a training course that creates awareness and increased understanding, which in turn lead to better intercultural relationships and improved results.
Being successful in a new culture requires a deeper understanding of values, behaviour and attitudes as well as practical skills regarding social and business rules. We combine cultural and language training to achieve the best results.

This is a workshop that provides an understanding of how and why the people in the country you have moved to act the way they do, both as managers and as colleagues.
Intercultural seminars – business behaviour and social rules in other cultures

This seminar is appreciated by companies with business relationships in certain countries or regions. A good element to include at an internal conference or kick-off.
