Mobile workforce the foundation for new company

KEY Relocation Center AB acquires Better Business international.

KEY Relocation Center AB is a service company that helps Nordic and international companies relocate staff to the Nordic countries and the rest of the world. The acquisition of BBi broadens the range of services for international companies in the Nordic countries.

The combination of BBi’s specially designed training courses in the fields of language, communication and intercultural matters is well suited to services in the field of relocation management.

”Many companies are looking for a full-service supplier for their staff. This acquisition puts us in a special position in the Nordic region,” says Hanne Westvik, CEO of KEY Relocation Center AB.

Over the past year KEY has doubled its turnover and is rapidly expanding throughout Sweden. BBi started operating in the year 2000, and since the outset it has grown both organically and through acquisitions. BBi now operates throughout Sweden and in the other Nordic countries and Spain, and its customers include many major international companies, organisations and public authorities.

In conjunction with this acquisition, Patrik Parnfors is taking over as CEO of the BBi Group.

”The customers see huge advantages in this merger. The companies will be better able to make the most of their employees, regardless of the geographical market,” says Patrik Parnfors.
